Hello, my attempt to control flies with your fly predators has failed miserably this past month. We have had more flies than ever before. It has been common to have 50 flies on a horse at once. I think the reason that the fly predators have not been working is that the last 2 shipments looked like all the flies were hatched out when I received them. The packages had what looked like thousands of fly predators crawling around when I opened the boxes. This was probably due to the extremely hot weather that we have had over the past several weeks.
What can I do about this? Can you send fly predators that are in a less advanced state of development during times when the weather is really hot?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

I am going to take a look at how long it is taking shipments to get to you and what day of the week they are being shipped. I will also review when your bonus shipments have come, then I will email you directly with some possible solutions, so that we can get this cleared up as soon as possible.
