All flies?

This question has suggested answer(s)
Is there a specific fly that the fly predators attack? Ex horse flies, house flies etc? Because we have a problem with both! Thanks

  • Tanya,

Fly Predator attack mainly flies in the Muscidae, Caliphoridae, and Sarcophagidae families.  These include: house flies, biting stable flies, blow flies, and flesh flies.  They do NOT attack any water breeding flies like the large horse flies and deer flies (Tabandiae) or mosquitoes (Culicidae) and biting midges (Ceratopogonidae).  If you have any other questions, please let us know!

    Thank you,

  • I simply wanted to thank you so much again. I am not sure the things that I might have gone through without the type of hints revealed by you regarding that situation.
